Returns Pos TPV Prestashop

The button to return an order or an item is located in the upper right corner of the POS Prestashop POS. To carry out the return action, we must find the order using the order reference or customer name.

Once the order is selected, the purchase list of that menu will open, where you must select the product to return.

Returning the product allows you to write a reason why the product has been returned.

The product can be returned by a discount voucher or simply direct return by adding it to the order.
